Cornea Donation Awareness

As a part of National Programme for Control of Blindness and Visual Impairment Santipur Marami has started Awareness Programme on Cornea Donation in different school, college, clubs even in different types of social and cultural programme like funeral ceremony, marriage ceremony, blood donation camp, mela and many more. We also observe Eye Donation Fortnight form 25th August to 8th September every year through different programme. Aware people make pledge for their eye donation on those camps. We have completed about 40 such programmes in the past years.
